Le Tardoun retreat centre is set in the mountains north of Nice, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It has a beautiful, fully equipped Yoga studio. The nearest village is 4 km away. This is the
seventh consecutive year Alaric has taught at Le Tardoun.
There will be a Pranayama and Two Asana Classes each day.

Tuition cost range from £400 - £220
(Pay what you can without spoiling your yoga course.)
Accommodation: € 347
Includes shared rooms and prepared
vegetarian meals.
Arrange own transportation to Nice.
Special diets can be accomodated.
